Thursday, March 23rd, 2006March, 2006: We met in the cool brick space at Tekserve. Our guest was Joe Albano of Rooftop Productions. After a very lengthy session of question and answer by your host Jonathan Perl, Joe was finally able to show off his amazing work with Logic’s Environment. He has created an excellent interface for tweaking indiviual drum sounds and samples from multiple EXS instruments simultaneously, making it a snap to adjust all parameters of a complex drum setup easily. The most important part - it sounded great! (And was a much smaller sample library than you might expect given the sound.) Thanks Joe!
